COD-400L   Portable Digestion Apparatus

Brief introduction of COD-400L type digester:

COD-400L portable digestion instrument is a portable digestion instrument independently developed

It is a laboratory instrument for sample digestion with a chemical oxygen demand (COD) analyzer. Widely used in electroplating, sewage treatment plants, coking, papermaking, petrochemical, fur, leather, pharmacy, food processing and other chemical oxygen demand (CODcr) analysis sample digestion reaction, also suitable for other purposes.

Normal use conditions of COD-400L digester:

Ø Control the digestion temperature at 50～180℃

Ø The uniformity of the temperature field of the digestion device should not be greater than 3°C.

Ø There should be no water or other foreign matter in the heating hole

Ø Ambient temperature: (0～40)℃;

Ø Relative humidity: no more than 85%;

Ø Power supply: DC 12V/10A;

Ø There is no corrosive gas in the surrounding air

Ø There is no vibration that affects performance; there is no electromagnetic field interference that affects performance except for the geomagnetic field.

Ø After the digestion is completed, take the test tube out and place it in a test tube rack. When it is naturally cooled to below 100°C, shake the reagents in the test tube evenly, and then place the test tube in the test tube rack. The test can be performed when the test tube is naturally cooled to room temperature.

Note: Do not shake the test tube when it is cooled to room temperature, and directly take the upper clear liquid for testing
